Product Profile of Wooden Induced Draught Cross Flow Design Series Dwx
Delta cooling towers p. Ltd offers dwx series of wooden induced draught cross flow design. Chir or pinewood with chromated copper aresenates and marine grade waterproof plywood is used to manufacture this product. The strong structure is capable of withstanding operational loads and wind pressure up to 30 psf in any horizontal direction. Galvanized steel is used to manufacture the hardware items. The fan deck can withstand minimum live load of 60 psf. This provided with access door and ladders.
Grp grid supporters come with several advantages such as:
- The tensile strength of these grids is more than 50 times the load it is required to carry.
-
Excellent mechanical resistance due to flexibility.
- Grp withstands all corrosive conditions that may be encountered in cooling tower waters.
- Being a single piece, no welding is required.
- Grp is not-flame supporting.
- It is not affected by biological or chemical attack.
- It can withstand abrasive handling during erection.
The two-pass zigzag type drift eliminators provide minimum resistance to airflow and catch maximum water particles.
