Structure
Core is made from varnish insulated electrical grade sheet steel stampings are hydraulically compressed, keyed and clamped to form a rigid structure.
The cast iron body with cooling ribs ensures ruggedness and resistance to vibration. Motor windings are specially treated to withstand prevailing tropical climatic conditions. Provided with aluminum die cast rotors, dynamically balanced and suitable for dol starting. An anticorrosion coating protects the rotor surface. Pre-lubricated anti-friction ball bearings are fitted on all the motors. To provide exceptional strength and rigidity, and to minimise deflection, shafts are made from high carbon steel of cross-section.
The electric motors find application in construction equipment, all types of textile machineries, chemicals process and equipment, cooling towers, machine tools, humidifiers, compressors, pumping applications, etc.
