Jyoti enterprise,a popular name in manufacturing cnc machine tools has manufactured power dx 250 cnc turning centre which is designed in state of art designing techniques with finite element analysis. The cnc turning centre comes with a slant bed mono block structure toughened with special vibration damping material to absorb torsion and vibrations. The machine offers a higher precision, better metal cutting capacity and static load carrying capacity with outstanding running smoothness obtained by linear motion cylindrical roller type guideways. The stability and load capacity is enhanced by the well balanced and distributed weight of the guideways. The machine come with a spindle housed in super precision bearings specially selected to take care of axial and radial loads. The cnc turning centre comes with grease lubricated bearings for more life and the entire stock assembly is done in entire dust free environment. The cnc centres operate from 250 mm dia to 600 mm length with a 30 metre/minute of rapid feed, using sinumerik 802 d cnc package, 8-station bi-directional turret and accuracy as per vdi-dgq-3441.
