Extra heavy duty pulleys are suitable for heavy duty applications as well as for extended fatigue life. These ranges of pulleys are designed with turbo diaphragms of weld able quality cast steel / cast iron, shaped to obtain even stress distribution. These diaphragms are welded with shell and dully stress relieved. The shaft connection is by means of heavy duty locking elements [ring feeder].
