Chrome Alloy Wear Plate is used in the industries like cement chemical, fertilizer, mining, paper and petroleum. The Wear Plate concept is an advanced technology to replace Castings wherever used. The Chrome Alloy Wear Plate is designed in M.S. Plate, cladded by alloy wires and fluxes under a highly specialised robotic process. Layer by layer cladding ensure smooth and fast surface. Due to manufacturing process, cracks develop on the surface, but these do not penetrate beyond the carbide overlay.
