The machines are made for various applications requiring precision deep hole drilling from 1 mm upwards. They are manufactured according to latest models and technology developed by tbt. Drilling spindles are controlled by ac frequency to ensure vibration free running of the tool, leading to an increased tool life. The spindles are placed in precision bearings grease packed for life. High-pressure coolant supply assures efficient cooling and chip disposal. Feed movement is done through recirculating ballscrew and ac servo drive with encoder. The drill bush carrier is equipped from rigid cast iron and is a solid device for the reception of the tool guide and clamping of round components. Special designs of drill bush carriers come for different applications. Siemens plc control is a standard for simple and logically arranged programming of process parameters. Tool monitoring system is standard. The machine is compact and is available with a unique drum filter.
