2. fine quality steel is used for the manufacture of tubing.
3. plain end pipe is upsetted [where required] and heat-treated by quench and temper process.
4. threading on the pipe and the couplings is done on cnc
5. finished couplings are given anti galling treatment [zinc or manganese] prior to buck-on operation.
6. all tubing is subjected to hydrostatic testing as required by api specifications.
7. internal plastic coating of tubing can also be provided at customer`s option.
8. finished tubing is externally coated with rust preventive varnish, attached with thread protectors and skid bundled with utmost care.
