Orbit bearings manufactures and offers a wide range of bearings. Taper roller bearings include all standard and non-standard type. Further the range includes cylindrical roller bearings, clutch release bearings, self-centering type [self aligning rubber, spring] pull-type self-centering with sleeve, etc. Release bearings with carrier sleeves are made from graded castings, polyamides and drawn metals. Angular contact ball bearings are made from sheet metal [drawn, thinned, and hardened] covered with polyamide contours. These bearings are mostly used in leaner seat adjusters and steering column and in some textile applications. Specially designed four contact ball bearings with controls on axial and radial clearances, contact angles are mostly used for supporting sudden impact loads on both directions. Specially contoured bearings made from aisi 1010/sae-8620 steel selected, hardened and ground mostly used in overhead conveyors, electrical monorail systems and material handling equipment. Bearings made from stainless steel/investment castings [special materials] are mainly used for marine and chemical applications.
