Product Profile of Two Roll Mill

Neoplast engineering pvt. Ltd offers two roll mill. The rolls are electrically heated with cartridge heaters in order to achieve maximum heat distribution over the entire roll surface. It is provided with pid auto tune type temperature controllers. Some key features of this two roll mill are as follows:

• Temperature of two rolls can be sensed individually by separate thermocouple system. The maximum roll temperature up to 300 c can be achieved.

• The surface of the rolls is hard chrome plated, ground and mirror polished.

• Drive system consists of ac geared motor with programmable variable

• Frequency drive

• The roll rpm can be set from 2 to 20 rpm.

• The control cabinet in mounted on a swing arm

• The cooling of this roll is done by water cooling arrangement
