Bharat corrub industries [bci] is an iso 9001:2000 company manufactures rubberized cork frames and gaskets which are of superior quality but also cost effective due to our technological initiatives. Under normal condition, gaskets are manufactured by punching sheets, which leave substantial expensive waste. Bci also prepares frames using special adhesives whereby joints are heat resistant and stronger than the original material. The frames are then punched into gaskets resulting in substantial benefits to customers with large requirement in segments like auto industries. Frames result in tremendous cost savings for manufacturing of gaskets and help in disposal of waste to a great extent. Multiple gasket frames are often preferred to further reduce costs.
