The Vertical Air Flow System is used for the protection of filling or packaging operations of products that are so sensitive for contamination. It is blown vertically from the plenum towards the ground, and is guided within the area to be protected via a system of either flexible PVC curtains or rigid polycarbonate panels. This air flow maintains the area to be protected under a greater pressure than the surrounding room, thus avoiding any cross contamination.
