- Choice of surface materials: Although polyurethane is the most frequently used material, other surface options are available such as perforated plate or Vee-wire.
- Deflector rails extend machine life: intermediate rails which support the screen deck feature a new design which incorporates a deflecting polyurethane strip. Raw material is deflected directly to the underpan.This prevents contact between the raw materials and the machine sub frame, greatly reducing wear on the sub frame and support structure.
- Easy installation and removal: The "snap in" design of PIPO systems eliminates pins and scoring of holes in the support frame. To facilitate replacement, it is available with special tool which removes modules with a minimum of time and effort.
- Lightweight and easy to handle: Installation of the polyurethane panels can be easily and quickly done by a single person.
- Reduced screen waste. When rehabilitation is necessary, only the damaged or worn components need to be replaced instead of the entire deck.
