Jacsons engineers offers a high speed automatic label counting machine, with optional bar coder facility. This machine with a simple operation is useful for accurate and speedy counting of labels within a wide range of of size and thickness. The machine is electrically driven, very quiet, fast and smooth in operation. A fibre optic sensor is provided at the end of guide rails. When started, the labels come one by one underneath the sensor, and the counted labels are displayed on the digital counting meter. After counting the preset number, the machine stops automatically. The feeding magazine holds approximately 250 labels. The main gear motor is ac 400/440 v, 3-phase, 50 hz. Major users are pharmaceuticals, pesticides, cosmetics, distilleries, foods, beverages, chemicals and packaging industries.
