Gaurang electronic industries supplies a wide range of universal din rail enclosures [ue] for accommodating electrical, electronic and electromechanical devices on rail or on wall. Distinguished by universal mounting, universal din rail enclosure allows mounting on all three rails [35 mm, 15 mm and g type]. The modular design of the enclosures facilitates variable lengths of enclosures with the same width and height. The hardware assembly of the universal din rail enclosures includes: foot piece and spacer piece to allow mounting and have in-built guides for base pcb with specially designed terminal blocks; end piece on both sides; and top cover. The abs top cover allows cutout and provides front label. The enclosure has guides for vertical pcb on all four sides and also for base pcb. The enclosure`s inside wiring is minimised as terminals and are pcb mounted and all pcbs can be connected directly or by male-female connectors. The purpose behind the concept is to accomplish optimum saving in space, assembly time and labour and enhanced dependability of the universal din rail enclosures. On-line repairing of the instruments is possible by removing the top cover. The enclosures find applications in: timers, transducers, transmitters, power supply modules, analogue/digital instruments, plcs, sensing and monitoring devices.
