Electrical controls & systems provides epoxy resin cast insulators. These are for indoor/outdoor applications: bisphenol - a resin system, and cycloaliphatic resin systems. Insulators are manufactured by the latest state-of-the-art automatic pressure gelation [apg] moulding technique with single/multi cavity tools made from tool steel material to ensure high dimensional accuracy, excellent finish and fast production. These insulators are manufactured and tested as per is/bs/iec and other international standards to suit various testing requirements in range of 3.3 kv to 66 kv system voltage. The capacitive voltage detecting insulators are manufactured with high quality epoxy resin systems moulded together with the high voltage capacitor. The voltage indicating units are used to indicate the presence or absence of voltage in line with help of capacitive voltage detecting insulators having on line continuous indicator or push to on type indicator. The complete voltage presence indicating system is design considering safety precautions during floating and earth fault conditions. Insulators can be manufactured as per customer`s design and drawing.
