Choksi group offers round bottle shaped cooling tower. Round bottle shaped cooling tower is compact and modular design of all components. Due to the unique circular design of the basin and casing, wind directions do not affect cooling tower performance.
The other special features of cooling tower are as follows:
· water distribution: a highly efficient rotating sprinkler head system of aluminum alloy is incorporated. The sprinkler pipes are sturdy materials pierced with closely spaced holes allowing distribution of water in a rotating spray covering the entire surface of the fills.
· fan assembly: aerodynamically designed adjustable pitch axial flow fans are used to conserve power & assure quite operation.
· air inlet mesh: hot dip galvanized mesh provides easy access to sump while preventing foreign objects from entering water basin.
· structure: the steel components of framework are hot dipped galvanized to minimize the possibility of rust and corrosion.
· optional accessories: discharge hood/abs-pp-hip fills/stainless steel components in ss304 or ss316 /frp color.
