Dropco multilub systems offers a new pressure die casting take-off metering injector that works very efficiently and precisely. This is equipped with good quality zinc material and design especially for precision machine tools. Working of this injector can be monitored from indicator pins, which are given on each outlet. When pressure is available to the injector, the indicator pins appear that shows that the injector is charged. When pressure drops, oil goes to the lubrication point due to take off pressure and the same phenomenon takes place in each cycle. Two mounting holes of 5.5 mm diameter are given for fixing the metering injector. 1,2,3,4 numbers are provided at each outlet and different doses can be provided at each outlet according to customer requirement. Injectors have following technical specifications:
- minimum working pressure: 5 kg/cm2
- maximum working pressure: 30 kg/cm2
- inlet port: 6 mm o.D. Tube [primary line]
- outlet port: 4 mm o.D. Tube [secondary line].
- oil viscosity: 20-500 cst.
This can be set directly to required lubrication points in machine. The product, launched at imtex 2001, gives ease of installation and the oil reaches each lubrication point very safely. As the working of the injector can be monitored by indicating pin at each lubrication point, the oil flow is exact. Efficiency and productivity of machine tools can be improved using this injector.
