Dropco multilub systems provides pneumatic grease pumps. These pneumatic grease pumps are made for automatic feeding of grease to the bearings and other moving parts of the machines, such as calendaring machines, mixing machines, rolling mills, bending machines, furnaces and other machines having 2 to 20 lubrication points. Compressed air is applied from the air inlet port of the cylinders while grease is sucked through the suction ports. The compressed air is applied with the help of manually/electrically-operated pneumatic valves or timers along with solenoid valves to operate pneumatic cylinders. At regular intervals, grease comes out which is made of high pressure [more than 80 kg/cm²] at air pressure of 6 kg/cm² through check valves. This grease is supplied to the grease pipelines. The outlet size is 1/4" bsp. The system is suitable for liquid grease of con 00/000. Discharge can be adjusted with the help of flow adjustment screw provided in the system. Grease in the reservoir can be filled manually as well as with the help of another pump. The model available in this system is dpngp-1500-6 with transparent imported acrylic having capacity of 1500 cc and discharge is 6 cc per stroke.
