Product Profile of Abron Acc

A b r organics limited [abrol] founded in 1991 is the manufacturer of different types of polyimide resins. Abron acc [activated copper chromite] is a burn rate additive used for solid propellants. Abron acc controls the burn rate as well as acts as a structural template and lewis acid neutralizer preventing surface poisoning. Typical amount of abron acc required is 1 - 3 wt % of the propellant weight. Specifications of abron acc are:

• Copper - 31 ± 3 %

• Chromium - 32 ± 3 %

• Barium -7.5 ± 2.5 %

• Volatile matter - 0.5 % max.

• Density - 300c 4.5 ± 0.4 gr/c

• Particle size - less than 5 macrons

• Ph of 20% suspension in water 6 - 8
