Depending on the requirements, particles can be ground up to 0.5 microns thanks to high frequency of grinding at optimum amplitudes. In case of conventional methods like ball mills, this is not possible or very high time consumption.. Moreover, the advantages of vibro energy grinding mill are low cycle time, lower power consumption, maintenance free, uniform and consistent grinding. The mills inside are lined with hot casted polyurethane to prevent any contamination. Depending on requirements mills made of stainless steel [ss] are also offered, depending on requirements. High amplitude and low amplitude type grinding mills are offered for coarse and fine grinding according to requirement.
