Gala equipments ltd offers vibratory deburring and finishing system which gives an impeccable surface finish . This concept of complete system was ushered in india for the first time by gala. It finds applications in areas like accessories of lamps, fans, switches, automobile components, hearing retainers and cages, bicycle components, electrical switches and control gear parts, hand tools, home decor items like bathroom fittings, handles, jewellery, lock components, sintered components, spectacle frames and components, textile machinery components and accessories. It is used for deburring, polishing, buffing, descaling, burnishing, smoothening, pre-plating finish and radiusing. This versatile finishing system functions commendably with a wide range of media like ceramic, plastic and steel along with a variety of compounds, to meet different requirements. All functions are regulated through an advanced control panel, and available for every capacity of the machine. The range that is now available is from 20 to 1200 litres. The metallic bowl of the machine normally comes with a polybutadene rubber [pbr] lining. Otherwise, with polyurethane pu lining which is made and popularised by gala, for reasons of it being 5 times more durable than pbr lining. Other incomparable optional accessories are a sound cover which reduces tioise to about 70 db; and a vibro dryer that gives stain-free drying of the finished product.
