Product Profile of Pulse Jet Filters

Doctor india is an iso 9001: 2000 certified company manufacturing blowers, axial fans, heat exchangers, vacuum cleaners, bag filters, humidifiers, vacuum pumps etc. Pulse jet type filters, we series, offers sequential cleaning of the filter element, one after the other, the dust collection and filter cleaning can be simultaneous. Cleaning is at a substantially higher pressure, hence on line cleaning is possible without isolation of the chamber required to be cleaned. Here are the standard design features of "we" series filters:

• Jet filter consists mainly of the filter casing with a built in separation chamber

• Consists of a dust collecting storage

• Filter enveloped with supporting cage and multiple jets in every envelop

• Compressed air header & distributor tubes

• Diaphragm pilot valve and sequential timer.

• Filter casing is made in sheet steel construction and welded at joints.
