Foam with woven or non-woven fabrics, paper, synthetics, etc by the gas-flame. The working width of Foam Lamination Machine is 68 inch and 80 inch. This machine is based on two nip rollers where lamination takes place immediately after skin-melting process of PU foam with a LP gas burner. The Foam Lamination Machine has hard chrome plated, pneumatically operated nip rolls, LP gas burner, gas and air controls, variable speed main-drive and winding motors, ventilation blower and working platform.
