Gas Fired Bale-Out Furnace is constructed using low thermal mass materials for the lining and provides economy in energy costs. The Bale-Out Furnace is provided with insulation that allows for good melting performance from the high performance compact gas burner. The Bale-Out Furnace is equipped with high alumina panels efficiently convert combustion products into radiant energy to maximize heat transfer. The Gas Fired Bale-Out Furnace minimises radiation losses by the use of a lift off type cover that can be fitted when no baling out is needed.
