The main features of the Monolayer Extruders are:

• Screw construction form special nitro alloy steel

• In built thrust housing gear box with compact base

• In built continuous screen changer facilitates quick changing of screen with no disturbance to the melt flow so there is savings in energy & less production downtime.

• Coat hanger shaped `T` Die is centre fed with adjustable lip to set the required thickness & external deckling to adjust the sheet width

• Heating & cooling fluid circulation system suitable for water with temperature controller system.

• Closed loop PID type digital temperature controller ensuring high accuracy of heating system and saves energy to a great extent.

• Zone wise individual barrel covers for optimal distribution of heat & air circulation

• The entire extrusion line speed can be synchronized with the help of Master Control I & II. Master I control varies the speed of entire machine. Master II control varies the speed of calendar & Nip roll proportionately.

• Common cubicle controls provided at premium locations for easy operations
