Siemag iso manufactures light weight air cylinders which are conforming to iso 6431 / vdma 24562 specifications. The air cylinders come with the head & cap precisioned machined from pressure die-cast aluminium and powder coated for corrosion resistance.The special technical features of the air cylinders include light-weight hard anodized micro finished aluminum barrel to provide trouble free cycles, piston rod machined from en8 [d] centreless ground and hard chrome plated for long seal life. The pu rod seal and wiper keep pressure in and prevent contamination. The nylon wear band on the piston and pu piston seals eliminates metal to metal contact and increases cylinder life. The `check seal cushion` combines the sealing capabilities of lip-seal for efficient capture of air for effective cushioning with check-valve action for quick stroke reversal, which ensures high productivity alongwith maximum performance. The design of the air cylinders also provides `floating cushions` to assure cushion repeatability, faster cycle times, minimum wear, easy adjustment and low pressure drop for maximum power stroke.
