Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd offers Mango Concentrate, Mango Pulp & Mango Puree. All products of Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd are ISO-9001:2001 certified and Food division is ISO-22000:2005, BRC, HACCP, SGF & KOSHER certified. The Mango Concentrate, Mango Pulp & Mango Puree are made from selected varieties of mango. Fully matured mangoes are harvested, transported to the fruit processing plant, inspected and washed.
Selected quality fruits go to the controlled ripening chambers and are then washed, blanched, pulped, deseeded, centrifuged, homogenized, and concentrated when required, thermally processed and aseptically filled maintaining commercial sterility.
The Farm Fresh Aseptic Fruit Purees are available in 220 kg bag in drum and 20 kg bag in box packing. Aseptic fruit purees are filled on US-FDA approved aseptic filler into pre-sterilized, high-barrier bags placed in steel drums internally painted with food grade lacquer. The bag is heat sealed and drum tight-closed to ensure no-free space inside the drum. Small and bulk packs are also available.
Storage of Mango Concentrate, Mango Pulp & Mango Puree includes storing in cool & dry place below 20degreeC, preferably below 15degreeC for extended shelf life. Shelf-life is eighteen months from the date of manufacturing when stored below 15degree C. The contents must be used immediately after opening the bag. These FarmFresh aseptic fruit purees can also be supplied as per customer specifications. They are free from any chemical preservatives and are in conformance with WHO recommendations & EC directives. The colour, texture, flavor and taste of Mango Pulp & Mango Puree are uniform and consistent.
