The Antisera Somatostatin Injection is used for prevention against haemorrhage. The Antisera Somatostatin Injection contains synthetic somatostatin [as the acetate] as a white, freeze-dried, sterile and pyrogen-free powder and available in two strengths of 250 mcg and 3 mg.
