Product Profile of Polishing Materials

For the last 4 decades cmp pvt. Ltd. Is the leading manufacturer and supplier of various types polishing materials. The polishing materials are used for various applications. List of polishing compositions are as follows:

• Cimpol x

This is used as the first polishing or grease mopping of non-ferrous metals. It can also be used for polishing plastic materials. Cimpol x is applicable to h quality or unbleached brown b quality mops.

• Empol

This is a brushing emery composition for giving clear polish to steel articles prior to nickel plating. It has the quality of removing scratches produced by earlier stages of rough finishing on ferrous components. Empol is most used in combination with fibre brushing wheels/steelpol mop.

• Chropol

This is a green oxide composition for finishing chrome plate and conveying brightness. Chropol can be used on an unbleached calico mops or soft finish or g quality mops.

• Unipol

This polishing material is excellent for final polishing of ss. Salient features are easy to use, fast cutting and clears extremely well and producing a high reflective finish. It can be used for chromium finish plat to remove "brunt" edges. Applicable mostly on unbleached calico mops/soft finish or g quality mops.

• Stipol

This is a unique green chrome oxide composition for obtaining a mirror finishing on ss. It is especially appropriate for coloring cutlery of stainless steel. Stipol is used on unbleached calico mops/soft finish or g quality mops.

• Espol

This is a white polishing composition utilized for removing hard scratchy marks from earlier operations while polishing stainless steel. Espol is used on bleached calico mops or sisal mops.

• Braxpol

This is used for high speed abrasive finishing of ss, iron & steel components and also perfect for certain non-ferrous metal. Braxpol is applicable on sisal mops/steepol mops.

• Rouge `a`

This is applied for final polishing of silver and gold deposits. Rouge `a` is perfect on soft quality mops.

• Rough `b`

This is a special hard composition for silver work and high class brassware. It is applicable on soft/ g quality mops.

• Plastipol

This is used for producing a brilliant finish one celluloid, vulcanite, polystyrene and hard wood. Plastipol are ideal for soft cloth or swans down mops.

• Spray cut

This is a liquid polishing composition used on automatic polishing machines for burnishing of steel prior to plating. Spray cut is used on sisal fibre mops within 15 to 40°c

• Spray fine

This is a fine dying of ferrous & non-ferrous metals. The finishing is of nickel finishing and coloring or final finishing. Spray fine is used on sisal fibre mops.

• Spray white

This is the ultimate final finishing material of ss and other alloy steel. Spray white is used on air flow sisal fibre mops and suitable for aluminium finishing.
