Torodial coil winding machine is the latest attraction from
Bmp & equipment co these machines are useful for wide applications of toroidal coils from small ferrite core to big toroidal transformer and from fine wires to very thick wires. The four different models are: i] machine with side slider head for smaller core of id 10 mm, od 60 mm and core ht up to 30 mm; ii] machine with belt head useful for thicker wires in small core; iii] medium duty for cts to wind wires from 12 to 22 swg and another medium duty for wires from 17 to 30 swg id from 50 mm to od up to 250 mm wire to wind cts and variacs; iv] heavy duty transformer for large core and thicker wires maximum od up to 600 mm and wire up to 5 mm dia ht up to 200 mm useful to any variac and cts. Smaller machines have electronically controlled drive for accurate windings. Medium duty machines are available in electronic control as well as medium control and heavy duty machines are electric control for pitch.
