Bharat heavy plate & vessels [bhpv] ltd. Took up technology from bhel for industrial boilers. The company has taken technical knowledge from bhel for design, engineering, manufacture, erection, testing and commissioning of boilers. These boilers include capacities up to 200 tph n low, medium and high-pressure ranges. It has superheat up to 540°c. These boilers have been designed with features like: fsss [furnace safeguard supervisory system] or bms [burner management system]; hea [high energy arc] ignition; uv/ir flame scanners; it includes microprocessor based auto control system with dcs; pollution monitoring instruments has been provided as part of total service package with boilers; deaerators and feed water system with hp/ lp heaters are available, feed water pumps come with motor/ turbine drives, control valves; main steam, feed water piping and other external piping are also available; includes oil storage, pumping & heating units; it requires complete electrical & instrumentation for the system; it facilitates integration of boiler with steam turbo generator; also erection and commissioning of stgs; dynamic simulation of power plant.
