Product Profile of Steam Sterilizers

Pharmalab is engaged in manufacturing a range of sterilizers. As part of that, the company offers steam sterilizers. These are available in 26 standard sizes ranging from6 ft3 to 128 ft3. The company also manufactures customized models of these sterilizers. These steam sterilizers are designed in accordance with asme standards. These steam sterilizers come with following key features:

• Chamber is made from aisi 316 l and jacket from aisi 316.

• Sterilizers are supplied with full jackets which are dimple welded to the chamber.

• Guaranteed temperature distribution within +/- 0.5degree c.

• All the interconnecting pipe lines are from aisi ss 316.

• The entire frame work is built in ss 304.

• A flush mounted ss panel is provided on the sterile side

• Door interlocking system is provided

• A 0.01 micron sterile air filter for vacuum break on the sterile side.

• Plc based control system ensures precise control of process parameters.

• Pid loop incorporated in the plc ensures no over-shooting of temperature

• Rs.232 port enables the printing of process parameters on a printer.

• Sterilizers are enclosed with access doors and removable panels
