Filtech pharmalab provides inspection table comprising of three tracks conveyor with hood and lighting arrangement and visual inspection background of alternate black & white colour. This construction feature of the inspection table enables checking any particles visually in filled bottle. This inspection table equipment is placed in liquid oral packaging line after filling and capping machine. The central conveyor belt of this inspection table brings the bottles from the capping machine conveyor and bifurcated automatically on two adjoining conveyor belts and on the side tables for two operators sitting on either side of the table. After inspection the bottle is placed in the central track which is transferred for next operations such as labelling / packaging. This inspection table unit is supplied by the company in various sizes depending on the number of operators.
