This line is provided with semi-vertical cut sheet laminator, separate dough sheeting hoppers for scrap & fresh dough, servo controlled cut-sheet laminator, four sets of 400mm dia gauge roll units, rotary cutters, scrap re-cycling unit, swivel pannier webs, dough feeding system, customized oil spray drain conveyor with pneumatic tracking stacker and packaging tables. This line is equipped with central timer controlled lubrication system, stainless steel covers & trays and poly-urethane webs. The machine parts are coated with anti-rust metal coating before PU metallic painting to make the machines rust-proof and more hygienic.
