This is a high-capability and high-resolution uv curable inkjet printer which is capable of printing directly on both rigid and flexible substrates up to 1830 mm [72 inches] width, and 25.4 mm [1 inch] thickness. Key features are as follows:

• Equipped with konica minolta piezo print heads, gcc stellar jet 183uvk delivers high resolution at true 720 dpi quality images with yellow, magenta, cyan and black [k] four-colors and apparent resolution up to 1440 dpi with optional lc [light cyan] and lm [light magenta] added.

• Printable width is up to 1830 mm [72 inches] with up to 25.4 mm thickness substrate.

• Easy operating media calibration focus system is just right in the carriage. Operator can adjust the height of carriage without any tool. The gauge indicates the optimized focal distance in different media thickness.

• Continuous ink supply system constantly monitors remaining ink levels of each color tank for both sub-tank on the carriage and main-tank in order to keeping a stable ink supplying during a print job.

• Thoughtful design has perfectly divided vacuum area into 11 zones. 11 sectional vacuum fans can be applied according to the media width for best energy saving concept.

• The standard roll-fed system is not just supplying the flexible media. It`s a heavy auto roll-fed that is capable to print on bulky roll with 3" core flexible media.

• Dual uv lamps curing design makes bi-direction and high speed image printing possible which results the double throughput and great efficiency of every job.
