Some of the salient features includes a high rigid structure design, linear guide, servo motor drives, having high speed and precision. They use the company`s sai-0 4 cnc controller which consists of dual cpus [similar to arm + dsp]. These machines have fast and steady movement and come with a 5.7 inch lcd display. An automatic sensor detects the height of the material and keeps track of the work in progress. If a tool breaks in the middle of an operation, the machine remembers where to continue once the tool is replaced. In the optional dual spindle attachment, each spindle remembers its own starting point independently. During a power failure, it will remember where it stopped. When the tool first operates into the material, it goes in at an angle and not straight. The z-axis can operate independently of each other. The engraving and routing machines are suitable for 3d engraving, such as signs, 2d/3d wood furniture, aluminum and steel engraving and cutting.
