Manually Operated Sealing Tool is used in combination with the manual flat or round tensioner. The Sealing Tool is designed with double notch joint that is mounted in a single operation permitting only perfect notch joints to the built-in safety pawl. The Sealing Tool has ideally curved levers that prevent the handle from jamming, guaranteeing rational working with no risk of hand injury. The Manually Operated Sealing Tool comes with rubber spacer on the lower lever that also permits sealing with both hands on the upper lever.
