Sanstar microsystems manufactures state-of-the-art switching mode power supplies [smps] for control, automation, instrumentation and communication electronics. The smps range includes 24 v dc output with output current of 2.5, 5.0, 10 and 20 a, and with output voltage of 12 v dc with output current of 4, 6 and 20 a. For all the smps input voltage range is 180 vac to 270 v ac @50 hz, and with regulation of < 1% and ripple of <1% p-p. The special feature is that one can connect these smps in parallel for higher current requirement. There is also an i/o isolation of 1.5 kva. The company also manufactures redundant n+1 power supplies. The other manufactured products include dc-dc converters, interface relay modules and energy saving chokes for florescent tube lights.
