Key Features of Integral Suspension Spot Welding Machine
- The body of machine is fabricated from Reinforced Steel Structure
- Bottom of the frame should be made by extra long solid channels, so as the machine can be operated without foundation.
- The transformer has sandwich construction of coil for coupling between the windings, primary & secondary conductors to suit the
heavy current demand.
- The Transformer have class F insulation to withstand temperature up to 155 ° C.
- The coil assembly is varnished in F. 50 varnish & vaccum impregnated
- The electrodes hardness are as per Rockwell B Scale 68 - 70, increasing the life of machine
- Face plate & Arm holder is made out of copper alloy castings
- The face plate with `T` slots to help easy movements of lower arm.
- The upper electrode consists of copper flexible link, upper arm holder upper arm, upper electrode & electrode.
