• The Transformer have class F insulation to withstand temperature up to 155 ° C.
• The coil assembly is varnished in F. 50 varnish & vaccum impregnated
• The electrodes hardness are as per Rockwell B Scale 68 - 70, increasing the life of machine
• Face plate & Arm holder is made out of copper alloy castings
• The face plate with `T` slots to help easy movements of lower arm.
• The upper electrode consists of copper flexible link, upper arm holder upper arm, upper electrode & electrode.
• The Electronic control system consists of precision solid state timer, Electromagnetic contactor, Tap changing switch, limit switch, Toggle switch & indication lamps
• Timing range of timer is 2-30-300 cycles
• The Rocker arm mechanism coupled with the back rod & pedal for attaining the electrode force.
• Arms Electrode holders, Electrodes Transformer Etc. are water cooled & the water connections should be terminated on the side cover.
