Key Features of Vibratory Feeders
- There is an electromagnetic coil that is housed in a closed box which is suspended on 4 springs.
- The Intensity of vibrations can be varied by an AC Variator to increase or decrease vibrations on the open tray or closed pipe design welded on the top of the vibrator box
- Storage hoppers can be fitted above the Feeder to hold over 100kgs in feed material.
- The material flow on the Feeder can vary from 10kgs/hr to 5000kgs/hr.
- Material of construction is of mild steel or stainless steel.
