The powder is conveyed into the screening zone with a short screw. Which rotary sifter breaks any loose agglomerations. The force of the whirling paddles screens the material through the entire screen surface. A nylon, stainless steel or mild steel wire mesh or perforated screen is securely joinedattached to the easily removable cylindrical frame mesh basket. The flexible screen cloth is automatically kept clean by the centrifugal turbulence, created in the mesh basket and the brushes that gently brush against the screen. With the oversize outlet even fibrous contaminates can be removed successfully since they are oriented lengthwise and are carried across the screen opening horizontally. The screener is unaffected by electrostatically charged material.
