Finex sieves offers advanced design hammer mill pulverizer. These are suitable for preliminary fine grinding of soft, medium and hard material. The material is fed into a hopper that feeds it to the grinding chamber. The swinging hammers on the shaft rotor crush the material on the stationary serrated liner driving the powder through the perforated screen, which is set in the base of the housing. The hammer mill liners are n or u shaped of special wear resistant alloy casting to endure high abrasion. The hammers are t shaped, flat bars, stirrup, strip, etc, each being of equal weight. The hammer mill is for coarse crushing of powder from 10 mesh to 80 mesh, designed to meet operational requirements, depending on applications intended. This is ideal for crushing of coal, zinc oxide, plaster of paris, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, wood pulp, paper, foam rubber, metal ores, minerals, resins, paraffin wax, glues, gelatine, tonic extracts, dye stuffs, foodstuff, cereals, spices, chicken feed, etc. The hammer mill can produce range from 20 kg/hr to 16 tonne/hr using power from 3 hp to 60 hp.
