This unit can perform those reactions efficiently with its state-of-art design. There is a provision to adjust the stirrer speed adjusted from 10 to 400 rpm with a helical / cyclo gear control motor and speed selector. This advantage helps to get perfect data on material and energy balances.
This unit is also provided with all heating / cooling facility. The unit is accommodated on a steel frame measuring 4`w x 10`l x 12` h. The unit is completely flame proof and equipped with explosion proof control panel. All the welded joints are radiograficaly to ensure better quality. The company provides digital thermometers, pressure gauges, safety valves, sensors and pneumatically controlled reflux valves along with this unit. The reaction unit is supplied with dozing & receiving tanks, condenser of adequate capacity, heating and cooling facility, packed column with efficient packing to ensure efficient fractionation, sub cooler to remove all the sensible heat up to 300 c, phase separator, glass viseurs, vapour trap, water tank, water pump, mechanical seal and thermosyphon.
