Multi mill from chemac equipments has application in different industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals cosmetics, ceramic colours, dry stuff, food products etc. It also finds application in pesticides, fertilizers, spices, detergents, insecticides, and plastics and resins. This is used wet and dry granulation, pulverization etc. The operation of the mill is based on variable force swing beaters. The impact edges moves within a selected screen to obtain desired size reduction.
The mill comprises ss 316 quality hopper and processing chamber with beater assembly, electric motor, push button station, four-step pulley, suitable screen with ss 304 quality vertical pillar and base plate, with castor wheels. Material fed in the hopper moves to the processing chamber and then goes to the periphery and passes through the screen. After the end of the process the materials are collected in the container automatically. All the parts are easy to clean. The reversible switch helps to change the direction of beaters. It can work incessantly. Cylindrical screen ensures higher output. This also provided with nylon castor wheels, which makes it easily moveable.
