Safex engineers manufactures cub, an electrically operated chain hoist which is compact in design, ruggedly engineered for safety, reliability, long life and easy of maintenance. This chain hoist series provide a range of capacities, lifting height and suspension methods. Important components of the system include: lifting chain, gears, motor, brake, hook, limit switches, push button station and control panel. The lifting chain is made of wear resistant, heat treated special alloy steel. The gears are precision hob cut spur gears and the motor is class b insulation with ip 55 enclosure. The brake is ac electromagnetic fail safe type, and the hook made of forged steel. The hoist is tested at 25 per cent overload before despatch.
