The workpiece gets a better surface finish because of this. Grinding heads and tool holders slide on one block. The grinding tool is not fitted to any light units. All movements of the slides are by high precision guideway with anti-friction sideways bearings to guarantee the maximum precision in the machine over a longer life span. This configuration gives maximum possible precision movements of the axis and ensures high rigidity.
