D i engineers, manufactures & introduces double helical rotary gear pumps [model dirnx] that are cover mounted, with independent lubricated bushing or needle roller bearings, ci gr20 jacketed/non-jacketed casing, double helical, modified profile herringbone gears of alloy steel with nitriding & mounted on extra thick shafts. These pumps are accessible with or without shaft sleeves as rotor, with bronze wearing plates on either side & with inbuilt pressure relief valves. They are accessible in 10 sizes from ½" to 6" with varying capacities from 0.5m3 to 125m3. The inlet & outlet flange is in accordance to asa-150 class or bs-10 table h. Normal range of pressure is 12kg/cm2 & viscousness is 5000 cst. The pumps are compressed, low noise level, trustworthy, intended to save money by avoiding waste & could be maintained with ease. They are perfect for loading & unloading & transfer of heavy fuel oils, like fo, ldo, lshs, hsd & all other petroleum products & viscous liquid. The product is available in cast steel, stainless steel, bronze & high temperature up to 350 degree c.
In addition the company also manufactures simple two piece design pumps with foot & flange mounted for applications which are common in purpose & ss-316 pumps for handling corrosive chemicals, acids, dyes, food & beverages, syrups etc.
