Ropar flange-mounted cgx series bi-directional positive displacement rotary gear pumps provided by d i engineers are compact, more efficient, cost economical and reliable. These rotary gear pumps comes in ci and ss-316 materials of construction. Rotary gear pumps are mainly applicable mainly for handling any kinds of viscous liquids and chemicals. The pumps are simple two-piece construction, a pair of single helical gears mounted on hardened and ground shafts, supported on either side of self-lubricated bush bearings. They can run in either direction with change in inlet outlet port position the relief valve operation can simply be reversed by changing the rv parts on the opposite side. The pumps are available in 18 different capacities from 2.5 to 500, size 1/4" to 3" bsp and maximum working pressure up to 12 kg/cm² optionally available for high temperature up to 250ºc. The rotary gear pumps are ideally suitable for oe application for engine lubrication, oil filtration, p&n units, cleaning and cooling systems; and can also be used for general-purpose applications.
