Cyclone industrial agitators offer versatility in power range and output speeds, designed with specially developed software, for various mixing problems. The selection is based on the fluid details like viscosity [from 1 cp to 1,00,000 cp] and specific gravity [from 1 to 2], tank details like shape, size and volume [from 500 ltrs to 50,000 ltrs], and the process requirement like mixing, blending, solid suspension. Variety of impellers offered like axial and radial for different property of liquid and process requirement. The agitator drive unit is provided with heavy-duty lantern support, bearing housing and different sealing arrangement like stuffing box, mechanical seal, etc. Standard gearbox and motors can be provided in flameproof and gmp construction. Agitator with tank can also be provided as per customer`s requirements.
